By accessing or purchasing from Hometown Sports Cards, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout before orders are processed.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

All Sales Final (Cards & Collectibles)
Due to the nature of sports cards and collectibles, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.

Supplies & Accessories
Unopened supplies may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Shipping
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability
Hometown Sports Cards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
